Focus Printmaking III at Greenhut Galleries

My monoprint titled TOIB: ENDANGER, German (from The Ocean is Black) is on exhibition at Greenhut Galleries in the Focus Printmaking III show.

TOIB: ENDANGER, German (from The Ocean is Black), 22 x 18 inches, chine collé monotype with oil and water-based inks, line tracing, and eagle stamp, 2006, is one of a dozen works on paper combining printmaking and drawing/painting techniques each with a TOIB (The Ocean is Black) title. The phrase appears in various languages across the bottom of each work, suggesting that the ocean’s crisis is global.
